Fishermen and Chefs connect direct…..

John Lee, fisherman from Point Judith RI wrote this great piece for Edible Rhody about Trace n Trust….a program that connects fishermen with direct sale marketing to restaurants.  Chefs participatingare collaborating with fishermen to teach  their customers about the fish they’re eating….If you’re dining out on fresh fish caught through this program you can find out about the boat by checking the tag registered to the boat….. here’s the chef’s perspective, and here’s the fisherman’s.
